We are back to an expected count of user registrations and typical call traffic flows for the time and day, and are confident the new hardware is performing as expected.

However if you are not receiving inbound calls, please reboot your handset, or force a re-registation of your SIP trunk to resume service.

Apologies for the inconvenience and we shall look to further understand why the alternate gateways did not correctly take over the load with the providers following this incident.

De-escalate

It was identified a power regulator module had failed on the motherboard. Due to the criticality of this front end registration server, it was decided to swap the disks into a cold standby piece of hardware and as I type, service has returned.
The database servers are extremely busy processing all the user registrations so performance is a little slow at present, but should smooth out in a few minutes,

Further investigation has revealed a potential motherboard fault on a server. This is actively being worked upon
